our Alumni

Since 2011, we’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of product based business owners
across industries and around the world who are doing incredible things.

These reviews are from folks who showed up, asked questions when they needed help, and they did the work. They did the work even when it felt hard, even when they made mistakes, even when they experienced unexpected challenges and even when they weren’t progressing as quickly as they wanted.

These testimonials are meant to inspire and celebrate endless possibilities, but they don’t guarantee or predict anything about YOUR results.

I just started my business this year, so I worried that it might be too early for me to invest in Paper Camp, but it was perfect timing! I have complete and clear understanding of my options now, and am determined to pursue wholesale. I know I am on the right path, armed with the right information thanks to Paper Camp!

Real-life results. We provided the tools & coaching... they did the hard work!

Kristen started selling her products on Etsy, more as a hobby than a business.  She enjoyed making things with her hands and experimenting in creative ways. While at a craft show, she was approached about wholesale and admittedly didn’t know what that entailed, so she came to Paper Camp.

Within four years of attending Paper Camp, Kristen’s products were sold in more than 1500 stores worldwide including an exclusive line she developed for Target. Thimblepress is now a sought after lifestyle brand due to Kristen’s work ethic and creative innovation.

When Tiffany came to Paper Camp her business was brand new. She was in the process of developing her product line, running her numbers and searching for manufacturing partners. Fast forward 2 years and she created a product line of more than 60 SKUs that are carried in dozens of stores including Barnes & Noble and Paper Source! Tiffany has also forged strong bonds with her Paper Camp peers – they connect within our community as well as private text threads where her smaller cohort supports one another.

Janine came to Paper Camp to learn how to wholesale her handmade, hand painted greeting cards. Through her work, Janine celebrates diverse identities. She wanted each item to represent the people receiving them while making her products available to a wider audience of consumers. Since attending Paper Camp, Janine has expanded her product line to include tea towels, bandanas, tote bags, prints and zines. Kwohtation products are carried in 115+ stores spanning 38 states as well as shops in Haiti and New Zealand.

When Alex came to Paper Camp, she had been in business less than 2 years, was working out of her living room and had designed a collection of 80 letterpress greeting cards. She knew that wholesale was her focus, so she soaked up everything Paper Camp had to offer then went home and put what she learned into practice. The Chez Gagné product line now includes more than 400 SKUS across multiple product categories. Alex sells to 3500+ stores worldwide, exhibits at trade shows, works with sales reps & employs a team that works out of a large warehouse. Wholesale accounts for 97% of Chez Gagné’s annual revenue.

Lisa was selling to 20 stores when she came to Paper Camp. She wanted to refine her wholesale program, exhibit at a trade show and hire sales reps. Lisa has a ton of ambition and a deep purpose for her work, I had no doubt that she’d hit these goals and more.

Less than a year later, Lisa’s products were carried in 124 stores, she added 22 sales reps to her team and exhibited at her first show. Today her products are in 1000+ stores including Target and World Market.
