how and why we collect information

The Company collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you register to download a resource, sign up for our newsletter, and/or purchase a product from us, we collect your information. We use this information to track your preferences and to keep you informed about the products and services you have selected to receive and any related products and/or services. 

As a visitor to this Website, you can engage in most activities without providing any personal information. It is only when you seek to download resources and/or register for programs or services that you are required to provide information.

If you opt to receive any free resources, participate in any free training programs, register for a webinar, register for a live event, register for a seminar, or purchase any products sold by the Company on this Website, we will automatically enroll ​you to receive our free email newsletter.

We collect personal information from you so that we can provide you with a positive experience when utilizing our Website or content.  We will only collect the minimum amount of information necessary for us to fulfill our obligation to you.  

Information You Provide To Us.
The Website provides various places for users to provide information. We collect information that users provide by filling out forms on the Website, communicating with us via contact forms, responding to surveys, search queries on our search feature, providing comments or other feedback, and providing information when registering for a program or purchasing a product or service via the Website.

1. A name and an email address so we can deliver our newsletter or free resources to you - wherein you would be affirmatively consenting to this by providing this to us in our contact forms.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technology.

The Company reserves the right to use technological equivalents of cookies, including social media pixels. These pixels allow social media sites to track visitors to outside websites so as to tailor advertising messages users see while visiting that social media website. The Company reserves the right to use these pixels in compliance with the policies of the various social media sites.​

Please note, we do not collect any Confidential Information in cookies and you may choose to disable cookies through your own web browser’s settings.  However disabling this function may diminish your experience on our Website and some features may not work as intended.

what do we do with information we collect?

We use personal information for purposes of presenting our Website and its contents to you, providing you with information, providing you with offers for products and services, providing you with information about your subscriptions and products, processing payments, carrying out any contract between you and the Company, administering our business activities, providing customer service, and making available other items and services to our customers and prospective customers.

We may share your information with trusted third parties such as our newsletter provider in order to contact you via email, our merchant accounts to process payment, and google / social media accounts in order to run advertisements and our affiliates.  If you purchase one of our products or program, we will also share your information with third party vendors that help us deliver those products & services to you.

We are not responsible for any unauthorized uses by third parties in such context. You disclose such information at your own risk.

anti-spam policy

We have a no spam policy and provide you with the ability to opt-out of our communications by selecting the unsubscribe link at the footer of all e-mails. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that we are compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 by never sending out misleading information. As stated above, we will not sell, rent or share your email address.

Our Website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 of age in compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation of the EU).  Our Website and its content is directed to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older.  If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

We agree to comply with any data request or deletion made pursuant to the CCPA in a reasonable timeframe, during normal business hours and excluding holidays or Our pre-scheduled time off.

We are the data controllers as we are collecting and using your Personal Data. We use trusted third parties as our data processors for technical and organizational purposes, including for payments, email marketing and Program delivery.
